What is RISE?
Launched in 2023, RISE is an annual in-person conference developed to provide a unique forum for professional development training for women in healthcare. RISE offers participants an opportunity to build non-clinical skills critical to career advancement. Learn more about RISE here.
Is RISE only for women?
While the content presented at RISE is designed for women in medicine, we know that true parity cannot be achieved without the participation of male allies. As such, we welcome participation from men who are committed to the advancement of women into leadership roles.
What is the format of the RISE conference?
RISE is a full-day, in-person conference comprised of interactive sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and more, all focused on a key aspect of professional development for women physicians.
