This year’s all-new agenda offers fresh perspectives and practical strategies designed to be widely applicable across diverse practice settings and career stages. An interactive goal-setting workshop led by an executive coach. Set one-year, career, and personal goals while learning proven strategies for achievement and accountability.
10:30am – 11:00am: Coffee Break
11:00am – 12:15pm: Leading with Quality: Measurement, Management, and Change
Learn to champion quality improvement initiatives in clinical and research settings. This interactive workshop covers quality metrics, change management, and practical hands-on exercises for developing actionable improvement plans.
12:15pm – 1:45pm: Lunch Symposia with Industry Sponsors
Attendees will attend one of the available symposia.
1:45pm – 3:30pm: AI for Training and Career Advancement
Hands-on workshop exploring AI platforms for medical education, research, and career advancement. Features AI dos and don’ts, panel discussion with physician leaders, and practical applications for boosting productivity.

4:00pm – 4:45pm: Industry Roundtable: Building an Inclusive Research Ecosystem
Pharma and medtech representatives discuss trends in inclusive research design, investigator-sponsored research pathways, and supporting women in clinical leadership. Includes audience Q&A.
4:45pm – 5:15pm: Strategic Networking: Making Connections with Confidence
Evidence-based strategies for initiating meaningful conversations, articulating your professional goals, and building lasting relationships. Apply these skills immediately at the evening reception.
5:15pm – 5:30pm: Wrap-Up and Closing Remarks
