2024 Escalator Awards informational webinar
If you’re interested in applying to the 2024 Escalator Awards but have some questions you need answered, this webinar is for you. Please submit any questions you have via email at escalator@womenasone.org, and we will answer them during the webinar. You will also be able to ask questions live during the webinar.

What are the 2024 Escalator Awards?
For 2024, Women as One has refined the Escalator Awards program to focus exclusively on mentorship. Each mentorship award has been sponsored by a partner organization in a particular area of clinical interest.
The funded (Mentors $20,000 / Mentees $7,000) mentorship pairings will have a unique global focus, joining an experienced mentor physician with a mentee currently in fellowship training. The cross-institutional pairs will create a project together to advance the field of cardiology and the specific goals of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Applications close: March 1st | Winners announced: April 17th
