What you will learn:

The Clinical tracks aim to increase your knowledge and skills in four procedural areas: advanced coronary interventions, cardiac electrophysiology, peripheral vascular disease, and pulmonary embolism.

What is the format of CLIMB?

Each learning track will consist of 6 monthly 90-minute webinar sessions. * Sessions will include a mix of didactic presentations, case reviews, and group discussions.

* The Pulmonary Embolism track will include 3 monthly webinar sessions, to be held in the months of June, July, and August.

The webinars will be led by both male and female subject matter experts and will include presentations from invited guest faculty. CLIMB provides participants with an opportunity to take a deep dive into advanced procedural topics in a supportive, small-group environment.

What you will learn:

The Research track will focus on fundamental skill training for physicians interested in pursuing clinical research.

Who is CLIMB Research for?

CLIMB Research is for early-stage physician-investigators and those interested in clinical research skill-building. CLIMB Research is open to women cardiologists, Black, Native American, Hispanic men cardiologists and non-binary cardiologists.

What is the format of CLIMB?

Each learning track will consist of 6 monthly 90-minute webinar sessions. Sessions will include a mix of didactic presentations, case reviews, and group discussions.

The curriculum will include knowledgeable guest faculty and training in research fundamentals such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocol oversight, IRB reporting, safety management, and practical applications of GCP principles in the clinical trial environment.
