Strategic Partnerships Manager

About Women As One

Women As One is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting talent in medicine by providing unique professional opportunities to women cardiologists. Women represent only 20% of cardiologists globally and hold fewer than 10% of leadership positions in the field. By empowering women cardiologists, Women As One aims to accelerate progress, transform the cardiovascular workforce, and revolutionize the future of healthcare.

To support this mission, Women As One seeks a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager for a full-time remote position.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), this role will focus on expanding the organization’s funding base and increasing engagement with industry partners, donors, and key stakeholders, providing excellent service to our partners to drive our mission forward. We are growing in the global market, and the Strategic Partnerships Manager must be comfortable working with global organizations, specifically within the UK and Europe.
