Women As One and BridgeBio Join Forces to Tackle Gender Disparities in Cardiology

Women As One is pleased to announce its 2024 Principal Corporate Membership with BridgeBio, marking a significant milestone in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the medical field. This strategic partnership underscores BridgeBio’s increasing support for Women As One’s mission while recognizing BridgeBio as a steadfast advocate for diversity and innovation.

Founded to expand and promote the global talent pool in medicine, Women As One focuses on providing unique professional opportunities to women physicians, initially concentrating on cardiology. The organization develops programs that amplify, fortify, and unite global efforts towards gender equity in medicine.

In a proactive move to enhance its impact, Women As One sought out key organizations for partnership opportunities. BridgeBio emerged as an ideal collaborator due to its dedication to improving gender diversity and its mission to discover, create, test, and deliver transformative medicines for patients with genetic diseases.
