Women As One and Radcliffe Cardiology Extend Partnership to Share Clinical Education

Women As One is pleased to announce the extension of our partnership with Radcliffe Cardiology. This ensures that all world-class didactic lectures from the CLIMB 2025 Skills Training program will continue to be shared through the Radcliffe Cardiology platform, expanding the program’s global impact.
Why This Partnership Matters
In July 2024, our collaboration with Radcliffe Cardiology provided free access to CLIMB 2024 didactic webinars, covering key topics such as atrial fibrillation, ATTR-CM, heart failure, prevention, and structural imaging. The overwhelming response validated the power of this partnership, as it expanded access to high-level clinical education, fostered educational equity, and supported the elevation of women cardiologists into leadership roles.
With the extension into CLIMB 2025, every lecture from this year’s program will again be hosted on Radcliffe’s platform. This on-demand format enables learners to engage with advanced content at their own pace, revisiting complex procedural topics as needed.

What is CLIMB 2025?
CLIMB is Women As One’s flagship online training program, designed to provide advanced procedural skill development to women cardiologists. Now in its sixth year, CLIMB 2025 includes three specialized tracks:
- Cardiomyopathies
- Complex Cases in Interventional Cardiology
- Structural Interventions
The six-month program features expert-led webinars, interactive case reviews, and small-group discussions.
Building on the success of previous years, with over 400 participants from more than 50 countries, CLIMB 2025 includes, for the first time, a bilingual English–Spanish track (Structural Interventions) to enhance inclusivity and global accessibility.

How to Access CLIMB 2025 Lectures
All didactic lectures will be accessible via a dedicated webpage on the Radcliffe Cardiology platform. Additionally, Women As One Talent Directory registrants will have exclusive access to full session recordings, which can be accessed directly through their accounts. These include case discussions and faculty commentary, offering a more in-depth learning experience.
The lectures feature:
- Cutting-edge science: Summaries of late-breaking trial data and emerging therapies
- Global faculty: Presentations by internationally recognized leaders in cardiology
- Advanced procedural techniques: Expert-led instruction on emerging tools, technologies, and decision-making frameworks
- Peer-driven learning: Participant-submitted cases with interactive discussion (exclusive to Talent Directory members)

Women are highly underrepresented in cardiology and cardiovascular subspecialties and disproportionately so in treating the most complex cases. The CLIMB–Radcliffe partnership addresses these inequities by delivering high-caliber training that is both accessible and free, helping advance Women As One’s mission to support and promote women in cardiology.
