Mentorship has long been recognized as a key factor in career success, particularly for women in cardiology. In collaboration with its industry partners, Women As One is pleased to announce the 2025 Mentorship Awards, designed to foster meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that contribute to professional development and scientific advancements in cardiology.

Investing in Mentorship

Recognizing mentorship’s critical role in professional growth, Women As One has developed a structured mentorship program that connects experienced cardiologists (with over 10 years of practice) with physicians in specialty or fellowship training. These mentorship pairings will work together to produce a collaborative project within a specialized area of cardiology, with funding and support provided by leading industry partners and key Women As One faculty. The awards not only enhance professional opportunities for women cardiologists but also contribute to the broader advancement of the field.
