Women and medicine: Inequalities past, present and future
Join The Royal Society of Medicine for an evening, run in association with the Medical Women’s Federation, as they explore the past, present, and future of gender inequalities in healthcare leadership to identify ways to collaborate, be empowered to advocate for equality, and bring about systemic change.
Attendees will be able to:
- Understand the inequalities as a woman in medical leadership, and see the progress made so far.
- Envisage what challenges the future may hold as we strive for equal opportunities for the next generation.
- Identify ways to collaborate, bring about systemic change, and be empowered to advocate for change as individuals.
