The American Heart Association is a non-profit organization and the largest and oldest volunteer organization in the United States dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. Through the Women as One Talent Directory, they successfully identified qualified speakers and moderators for their 2021 Annual Scientific Sessions.

The American Heart Association (AHA) was looking to diversify the interventional cardiology faculty roster for their 2021 Annual Scientific Sessions.
Our solution
Using the Talent Directory to select qualified speakers Women as One was able to quickly support the AHA by providing detailed qualifications and speaking experience of women interventionalists registered in the Talent Directory. Highly satisfied with the information provided by Women as One, AHA expanded the request across all tracks of their 2021 Scientific Sessions.
Their results
Women as One was able to respond quickly to the American Heart Association’s request. With the support of the Talent Directory and input from the AHA planning committee, a total of 70 qualified women speakers and/or moderators were invited to join the AHA 2021 Scientific Sessions faculty roster.
In our search of the Talent Directory, we not only identified several great new participants but also discovered several of the women initially slated for the program were included in the Talent Directory. We find the Women as One Talent Directory to be a great resource
