Women as One is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on promoting talent in medicine by providing unique professional opportunities to women physicians. By doing this, we aim to build a more inclusive, diverse, and just workforce in medicine. The organization is currently looking to hire a motivated Industry Relations Lead for a full-time remote position.

Position Overview

The Industry Relations Lead leads growth and management of select Women as One industry accounts, including communications, analytics, and strategic planning. The Industry Relations Lead will also provide strategic guidance to the organization through ongoing insight development, creating sustainable value propositions to drive the organization’s fundraising goals.

Industry Relations Lead Responsibilities

  • Manages assigned industry accounts, including onboarding, follow-ups, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Leads account meetings, teleconference and in-person, to discuss current organizational activities, priorities, client satisfaction, and mutual goals.
  • Leads the development of programming, specific to assigned industry accounts, including content and timeline development, budgeting, deliverable management and stakeholder communications.
  • Works across internal teams to communicate account activities, success stories and to develop account communication materials.
  • Assures internal tracking systems are in place to manage market research and account management activities.
  • Generates strategic analyses and ad-hoc reporting for accounts, partners and various stakeholders
  • Manages funding submissions, tracking and reconciliations.
  • Performs other related assignments based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, business degree or advanced business management training preferred
  • 8+ years professional work experience, prior account management experience preferred
  • Experience using MS Office, project management software and virtual meeting applications
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team, remotely
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device and/or association management preferred
